Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Teris Vandenius at the Narsis Guild of Fighters about On Falsity.
2. Talk to Dro'Zajirr at the Fighting Chance.
3. Take On Falsity from the northern end of the Catacombs: Depths area.
4. Bring the book to Teris Vandenius.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Sixth Hlaalu Family wish for a book titled On Falsity to be retrieved from the deep burials of the Narsis Catacombs. Teris Vandenius is sending you to do the job. He'll recommend speaking to Dro'Zajirr at the Fighting Chance for directions first.

Dro'Zajirr will describe where you need to go, and how to get there. His directions include entering the Catacombs through the Gateway (you can enter this from the Foreign Quarter), then into the Crossroads area (if you can't bypass the locked door, you can get to the Crossroads by following Gateway > Steps of Reverence > Gallery of our Forefathers > Crossroads), and further on into the Depths.

Once in the Depths, look for the chamber on the far northern side, containing a Daedric shrine to Boethiah. On Falsity rests under the statue. There is an unpleasant number of Devourers here. Defeat or evade them, grab the book, and bring it back to Teris to complete the quest.

10		Teris Vandenius wants me to retrieve On Falsity, an ancient religious book, from the Narsis Catacombs for the Sixth Hlaalu Family. The book is placed as an offering on a large shrine in the deep burials, past the guarded and maintained areas. Teris told me that the Catacombs are easily accessible from the entrance in the Foreign Quarter. He advised me that I ask Dro'Zajirr, a mercenary at the Fighting Chance, for more precise directions to the shrine.
20		Dro'Zajirr at the Fighting Chance told me how to get to the shrine in the Catacombs. I am to enter the Gateway and follow its paths downwards into a large gallery, then exit through the door on the left to enter the Crossroads. Then I should continue downwards into the Depths, the first room of which is a large cavern, and proceed until reaching a fork, which I should take left and follow further down. Eventually I will come to another fork, which I will turn left at to reach the shrine.
