Quick Walkthrough

1. Get new orders from Micarya concerning Auctinius Voteporix.
2. (Optional) Consult with Scouts in Hlerynhul for the location of Sirrilash.
   • e.g. Mathis Baldan at the Vermilion Hound or Faurinval at the Fighters Guild.
3. Travel to Sirrilash.
4. In either order, free Auctinius Voteporix and kill Crulius Furotius.
5. Leave Sirrilash and speak to Auctinius Voteporix, attributing your orders to either:
   • Cirvia Senarel.
   • Micarya.
   • nobody.
6. Return to Micarya.

Detailed Walkthrough

Micarya wishes to prove a point to the head of the Kragenmoor chapter, Cirvia Senarel, by rescuing one of that chapter's members before it can. The member in question is Auctinius Voteporix, who is believed imprisoned in the Velothi tower of Sirrilash. Micarya suggests checking in with scouts in Hlerynhul to get directions to the tower. Citizens in Hlerynhul can point you to these - the two named are Mathis Baldan at the Vermilion Hound and Faurinval at the Fighters Guild.

The tower's entrance lies directly west of Hlerynhul, beyond Edalvel Plantation. High level undead infest the tower. You'll find Auctinius in a locked cell just inside the entrance. The key is carried by the necromancer, Crulius Furotius, but the lock is not very high-level if you wish to pick it now. If you break in, Auctinius will join you - insisting on the death of the necromancer before he departs.

With Auctinius' help or otherwise, kill the necromancer and then lead Auctinius outside. Speak to him and he will ask who gave you your orders. You can reply that it was Cirvia Senarel, or Micarya, or nobody. Your answer affects Auctinius' disposition gain (which is slightly less favorable if you say Micarya sent you) and whether Micarya rewards you or not - she wants credit, and she's not paying you if she doesn't get it.

Return to Micarya when ready to complete the quest.

• Unused dialogue and stages in this quest indicates that it may also be given by Cirvia Senarel in a future release, with a different reward.
