Rowdy Rilmas

Rowdy Rilmas is a Dark Elf Thief held in the dungeons at Fort Ancylis following an ill-tempered assault on influential Teyn resident, Alomon Juspethe. He is encountered during Thieves Like Us, in which you are tasked with persuading him to join a fledgling Thieves Guild gang within Andothren. Rilmas is only too happy to join once freed from his cage.

A mer with a tempestuous past, Rilmas tends towards violence and impetuous actions - encouraging you to smash pots during Galdres Beran's Vigorish, in order to extract protection money, or advocating for the seizure of the means of skooma production within the city. He is not entirely without shame however, and will open up about his regrets in the quest Ain't Stabbed a Man Since, where he expresses sorrow for his violence against Izon the priest while a starving youth in Old Ebonheart.

Rilmas can sell ingredients, potions and thieves tools. If given the funds, he will also happily set up a bar within the Thieves Guild's Bthuangthuv base.
