2. Travel to Mandaran and slay Gamras Silni.
3. Speak to Senillos Tulnus in the Ember Keep's Great Hall to collect the bounty.

110	Finishes quest	Since Senillos Tulnus is dead, we cannot collect the bounty on Gamras Silni.
