Talen-Ei, a slave inside the Whispered Tenet

Talen-Ei is an Argonian slave in Roa Dyr who can be found on the lowest deck of the Whispered Tenet, at Roa Dyr's docks. He is one of the Argonian suspects during the events of Extrajudicial Punishment, and can be accused of the theft that is part of that quest. He takes the resulting punishment philosophically:

"When they took me away, I feared the worst. As I accepted my fate, I have found that it has a sense of humor. I wished for hardship and novelty. They have sent me to a shrine far from here. I was to walk on my knees and leave an offering to their saint. The Dunmer told me this saint was once a criminal as well, and has repented by taking a pilgrimage. Same as I, but much longer. Hard to imagine, I still have trouble walking."
