Vartalit Grotto is a small, deserted grotto within sight of Hlan Oek.
The entrance is immediately east of the town docks. A bedroll past the underwater section speaks to past occupancy - although not as strongly as the drowned Khajiit who presumably once slept in it. A pair of Dreugh Greaves form the grotto's greatest treasure, and these can be found in its deepest portion, next to the bones of another unfortunate former swimmer.
