She is standing by the edge of a cliff, ready to test out her newly-enchanted pair of boots that supposedly allow her to levitate without any limitations. Immetarca is waiting for a representative of the Mages Guild to witness this important experiment.
15		Since I'm a member of the Mages Guild, Immetarca decided to demonstrate the abilities of her enchanted boots for me.
20		Immetarca of Skywatch is dead. Her enchanted boots stopped working while she was suspended in the air and she fell to her doom. I should probably let someone in the Mages Guild know what happened to her.
30		I've acquired the Boots of Wayward Flying.
40	Finishes quest	I let the Mages Guild know that Immetarca of Skywatch is dead.
