Name Plurals[edit]

Why is the name param here treated as a plural? It should be a singular, same as the page title for creatures. See e.g. Lore:Skylamp. —Legoless (talk) 09:46, 21 June 2024 (UTC)

This template is relatively new, but consistency would suggest that the infobox title should match the page title wherever possible. --Enodoc (talk) 11:33, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
Many character names don't match their page title for their infoboxes, see "Emperor Tiber Septim" being the infobox title on that page. The one think I think is different with creature pages is that they are describing a whole species, not a single individual or place. The infoboxes discusses where the creatures can found so I assumed plural makes more sense for properly referring to them in that sense. I'm not strongly attached to it but I do think that's the reasoning.Tarponpet (talk) 16:05, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
