How to use the construction set?

finding them

the picture says you can find them by that statune in mournhold,where i have never found them in mournhold(i have never found the pet seller to)and i (at this moment)never visited the clockwork city so what do i need to do to find them there — Unsigned comment by Crackmore (talk • contribs) on 18 August 2010
