Minotaur[edit]
If all Minotaur are direct descendants of Belharza, and the Dragonborn trait is hereditary, then would that mean all Minotaur are Dragonborn? --Rezalon (talk) 19:40, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
- That theory is disputed in-universe. The Truth of Minotaurs states they were created from alchemical or magical experiments. The Third Pocket Guide to the Empire states that minotaurs were among the Early Merethic Era inhabitants of Valenwood. Mindtrait0r (talk) 19:52, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
Hoag Merkiller[edit]
It's stated in Rislav the Righteous that Wulfharth is the "heir" to Hoag. Would this potentially make him and his father, Kjoric the White, a contemporary of Gorieus, Dragonborn?
As a side note regarding Wulfharth, Hanin's Wake mentions "...and upon that year of the Reign of Wulfharth and his Son's", which would also add credence to Wulfharth having heirs.

- Potentially, but not definitively. Just because a Dragonborn has a father does not mean that father is Dragonborn - it is just as possible that they got the blessing from their mother. Ysmir's son is mention in the "List of all unnamed Dragonborn". Mindtrait0r (talk) 16:34, 18 February 2025 (UTC)
