Nelso Salenim

Nelso Salenim is a Dark Elf mage who can be found in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora, where she sells spells and custom spellmaking services to all who need them. You do not need to be a member of House Telvanni, though it will get you better prices.

She is wearing a common robe with a matching pair of shoes. She carries a Devil Tanto as well as a few potions. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows a variety of spells, which you can buy from her.
