Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to the Mouth of Mistress Rathra, Areth Morvayn, in the Telvanni Council House in Port Telvannis. He will tell you that he is expecting a report from one of his mistress' agents on Vvardenfell. He needs you to travel to Bahrammu to meet the messenger and gives you a pass-phrase to identify yourself: you are to say "Devahr oas ku'or demidar yaglag arcgah." and the messenger will reply "As alif neihn ist amaldag as archag."

The messenger turns out to be Favira Saladas and she awaits you at the south gate to the fishing village. As soon as you greet her, she will hand over a report and bid you goodbye.

Take the report back to Morvayn for a reward of 50 gold.
