Delis Llethri

Delis Llethri is a Dark Elf Warrior and the commander of the House Redoran garrison at Ald Marak. She is the daughter of Garisa Llethri, the Lord of the Waters March, who has "hope she'll be able to take over the Waters March one day". For now however, she falls under the command of the acting Lord of the Waters March, Felmaru Llendu. Felmaru and her sister, Ivrosa Llendu, have their frustrations with Delis youth (and occasionally with her actions) but generally seem to recognize her as promising.

"The young commander is brash and honorable to a fault. And although inexperienced, her cautious optimism has steered her retainers well through what has otherwise been a dire period in the history of an already beleaguered Waters March. Delis' quests chiefly concern reducing dangers to the local people of the Waters March (whether or not they actually recognize Redoran rule). To this end she sends you to exterminate Swamp Trolls and Dreugh and a dangerous Nix-Hound. She additionally has little issue in having you reclaim Ibbi-Suen Mine from bandits and moving her own troops in - a land grab that makes Felmaru worry about the possible reaction from House Hlaalu. Delis is likely also responsible for a Redoran patrol that draws the ire of Ivul Hleryn in Marching against the Waters March, as she is the one who can give the order for it to return out of lands the Hlaalu see as theirs.

Delis brashness causes additional trouble for her during The Stand, as a raid on the Dreugh Citadel in Lake Andaram goes badly wrong. She finds it a horrifying lesson in the dangers of rashness, but gains the approval of Felmaru in the process:
