Moryn Gilnam

Moryn Gilnam is a Dark Elf spellsword and thief, holed up in the cavern of Massanud. As detailed by his journal, he dreams of making a wealthy life for himself in Narsis someday. To this end, he posed as a pilgrim traveling Morrowind, befriending an outlander named Marlene, and taking advantage of her trust to steal her precious family amulet. Marlene, arrested after her drunken curses caused a farmer to report her to the guards of Roa Dyr, will ask you to track down Moryn.

Depending on your choices, Moryn will either bribe you and make himself scarce, give up the amulet willingly, or die by your hand.

For protection, he wears a bonemold cuirass, a bonemold left pauldron, and a Dwemer left bracer. For clothing, he wears a common robe with matching pants, shoes, and amulet. He wields a Dwarven longsword, and carries Marlene's family amulet and his journal.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Crushing Burden Touch, Daedric Bite, First Barrier, Great Burden of Sin, Great Resist Common Disease, Great Resist Fire, Great Resist Frost, Great Resist Magicka, Great Resist Shock, Greater Resist Poison, Heavy Burden, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Storm, Magickguard, Strong Levitate, and Tinur's Hoptoad.

"Fine. I'll give you the amulet and my journal. Now leave me, outlander." (You receive Marlene's Family Amulet and Moryn Gilnam's Journal)
