Lord Rugdumph's Estate is a farm and estate north of Cheydinhal (quest-related).
The estate is inhabited by the Orc noble Lord Rugdumph gro-Shurgak and his daughter Lady Rogbut gra-Shurgak. Lord Rugdumph has a "unique" pattern of speech, while his daughter is much coarser and tougher. She would prefer the life of a fighter, but is forced to act as a "lady" by her noble father, a situation that leads to trouble in the related quest.
The estate consists of the manor house, the servant's quarters (although no servants are ever seen), and two rows of bushes tied to stakes (with no harvestable crops). Although the entrance to the manor house is unlocked, entering is considered trespassing unless the related quest is active.
Lords Rugdumph's Estate[edit]
The manor house is a somewhat small but upper-class building consisting of two floors. Upon entering through the front door, to your left is a statue and a chair, and to your right are two chairs and a dining table that holds two bread loaves, a pumpkin, five strawberries in a silver bowl, and a selection of silver tableware. To the right of the table is a chest containing clutter. North of the table is a cozy fireplace and another chest containing some weapons and armor. Southwest of the fireplace are the stairs that lead up to the second floor.
After heading up the stairs, the first thing you will see on the second floor is a chair and a set of drawers containing clothing with a silver urn on top. North of the drawers is a small bedroom area containing a single bed, a chest containing clutter, and a cupboard containing clothing. Heading past the balcony to the far eastern part of the second floor, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed in the southern corner. North of the bed against the wall is a chair and a set of drawers containing clothing. On top of these drawers is a chest containing clutter, a copy of The Red Book of Riddles, and a Nirnroot plant growing in a pot.
Servant's Quarters[edit]
The servant's quarters is a small shack east of the manor. Upon entering through the front door, you will find yourself in a lower-class building containing three beds and a few pieces of furniture. To your left are two chairs and a table that holds a bread loaf, a cheese wedge, three tomatoes in a bowl, and a selection of cheap tableware. A set of drawers containing clutter is near the table in the southwestern corner. North of the table is a small fireplace and one of the three beds. Between this bed and another bed to the east is a set of shelves holding an assortment of cheap tableware and a covered pot that may contain some food. In the northeastern corner is the third bed and another set of shelves holding two bread loaves, three carrots, and three cheese wedges. Between the shelves and a nearby fireplace is a grain sack and another sack containing clutter. South of the fireplace is a chair with a sack containing clutter behind it. Near the chair in the southeastern corner are two chairs and a table that holds a cheese wedge, a covered pot that may contain some food, and three common books. Beside the table, near the door, is a set of drawers containing clutter with a pair of huntsman leather pants on top, as well as a barrel holding gardening tools.
